All SALES ARE FINAL.  TM Media, ClearChannel Broadcasting and the businesses and restaurants promoted are not responsible for products purchased in error.  TM Media, ClearChannel Broadcasting and the businesses and restaurants promoted are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or expired certificates.

RETURN POLICY:
In cases where it was our error and you were sent the wrong certificate, you can return items sold by TM Media within 30 days of delivery for an exchange for certificate of equal value.  In cases where it was our error, simply email customerservice@ccdiningdeals.com and notify us of the error. 
Errors in question will be verified through receipt of order in question. 

CLOSED RESTAURANT/BUSINESS POLICY:
If a restaurant or business goes out of business permenantely, TM Media will exchange your certificate for one of equal value.  Original certificate must be returned to TM Media, Inc. BEFORE expiration date.  Certificates to closed restaurants/businesses returned AFTER expiration date are null and void.  There are no cash refunds.  Exchanges only.  

Instructions for exchange for closed restaurant/business certificates:
On the back of your UNEXPIRED gift certificate, write your name, address, email address and phone number.  Mail the UNEXPIRED certificate to:

When we receive your certificate, TM Media will send you an email with a list of restaurants/businesses available for exchange.  No cash refunds.
 

USING A CREDIT CARD AND YOUR BILLING/STATEMENT:
TM Media does not sell products to children or teens, but does sell to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion. Purchases that you elect to make at TM Media will appear on your credit card bill as:

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from TM Media are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from a supplier, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price, and notify you of this occurrence.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any product or service, with notice to you if this should occur, and a credit to your credit card if applicable.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF GIFT CERTIFICATES AND OR GIFT CARDS
TM Media may offers third party gift certificates or gift cards for sale. We are not responsible for the actual available usage duration of any certificate or card , or the policies of the various businesses who provide the cards and certificates. Please contact the retailer or service provider directly to confirm any restrictions, if any.  TM Media, ClearChannel Broadcasting, and the businesses or restaurants are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or expired certificates.
